2: Mold opening and closing system: The mold opening and closing using servomotor and high torque reducer, elbow joint clamping system, in the touch screen caneasily set the distance between the mold opening and closing, greatly improving theoperability and safety.Specially designed the balanced clamping mechanism, usingthe high-pressure clamping, the clamping force is located in the center of thetemplate and the clamping force is larger. Adopting the open solid lock plate, eventhe ultra-wide mold is also installed.

3: The mold shifting adopts servo motor and high-precision RV reducer, whichmakes the mold shifting speed faster, more stable and more accurate.

4: Die head system: Can be matched with single die head, double die head, threedie head, four die head, six die head, all of which are made of 38 CrMaALA andother superior materials, made by precision processing and heat treatment.

5: Screw platform system: The whole machine is equipped with the lifting function ofthe die head platform, and the lifting distance is 200 mm, so that the mold thatexceeds the limited height can also be produced, which greatly improves theapplicability.

6: Electric servo system: Full servo bus control, equipped with brand-name motorand drive, stable, reliable, energy-saving, efficient.

7: Automatic deflashing device: The overflow removal device can accurately removethe remaining material of the product, which is equipped with a direct push type anda rotary knife type overflow removal device, it truly realizes the automatic equipmentwithout manual operation.
